Every Beast has a soft side
We’ve partnered with some fantastic Australian charities to support causes we believe in. Via our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program, for every pair of Soxy Beast socks purchased each month, we donate a pair of socks to these organisations to help them deliver on their mission.

Socks4Support
At only 8 years old, Benjy started Socks4Support with the intention of collecting as many socks as possible to give to the homeless after one winter night, walking with his parents, he noticed how cold those sleeping rough must get. Since then, Benjy has collected thousands of pairs of socks, increasing his annual target each year and helping many to keep their feet warm during the colder months.

Footscape
Footscape is an Australian charity that assists disadvantaged individuals and communities predisposed to debilitating foot pathology. They provide podiatry care to serve economically disadvantaged individuals in need of foot and lower limb medical care via their many programs and work to educate, train and provide awareness for the incorporation of podiatric principles and practices. To date, Footscape has been able to provide over 25,000 pairs of socks and shoes to the homeless and asylum seekers while providing pro bono consultations and 250 orthotics for underprivileged children Australia wide.

We Care Connect
Based on the Central Coast of NSW, We Care Connect are a volunteer-based charity and have achieved maximum impact by connecting communities. We enable families to pass on their no longer needed children’s care and safety items to families who struggle to afford these critical items. We Care Connect supports thousands of children in crisis by providing them with clothing, bedding, car seats, cots, prams and a wide range of essential care and safety items. Every family that they support is different, but they share one thing in common – children who urgently need help.

Tassie Mums
Tassie Mums is a not-for-profit volunteer-based group that is passionate about providing essential items to babies and children in need. They collect donations of new and pre-loved baby and children’s clothing and other small items through donation bins which are supported by local individuals, schools and businesses. Donations are carefully sorted and bundled by volunteers and then “rehomed” via social service organisations to Tasmanian families across the state.

ST Kilda Mums
St Kilda Mums have a vision for a future where we share more, waste less and care for every child. Since 2009, St Kilda Mums have been moving closer and closer to realising that vision. They recycle nursery equipment including cots, prams, and car seats, as well as clothes and other baby essentials, and sort, quality check, and safety check them to ensure they meet current Australian Safety Standards. They give to people who are facing a variety of challenges and hope they feel uplifted when they receive a donation from them. Requests from Maternal Child Health nurses and social workers on behalf of families in need are received. St Kilda Mums then try to meet or exceed each request with quality new or pre-loved donations.

BIG Goup Hug
Big Group Hug works with local communities to respond to the immediate material needs of vulnerable and disadvantaged children and their families. They utilise social media and their volunteer network to mobilise people, to put out a call to donate urgently needed items such as nappies, clothing, blankets, prams and cots etc. These donated items are then checked, sorted and distributed directly to families through Maternal and Child Health Workers and other community welfare agencies.

Alannah and Madeline Foundation
The Alannah and Madeline Foundation was formed with the belief that all children should have a safe and happy childhood without being subjected to any form of violence. They made a promise to do everything within their power to protect children from harm and to ensure children touched by violence can heal from it. To serve as a beacon of hope for a better, safer world. One of the ways they do this is through their Buddy Bag Program which provides backpacks filled with basic, essential items for thousands of children living in emergency accommodation.
